Hundreds of Coloradans gathered in Montrose, Ridgway, Steamboat Springs, Eagle, Aspen, and Glenwood Springs to hear Michael talk about his campaign and the upcoming election.

DENVER — In just two weeks, Michael campaigned in seven different counties across Colorado. Each event brought in big crowds and bolstered enthusiasm for Michael’s reelection campaign.

After hosting more than half a dozen successful campaign events in Pueblo and Summit County, Michael drove out to the Western Slope to meet with supporters, make remarks about his reelection campaign, and answer questions from Coloradans about his priorities in the Senate.

In Montrose, more than 100 Coloradans came out to hear from Michael during a campaign event at a local coffee shop.

“I want to make sure that we create an economy in America that when it grows, it grows for everybody, not just the people at the very top. People should have a sense that if they work hard, they can get ahead and their family can get ahead as well,” Michael told the crowd in Montrose. “And that’s why I’m running for reelection, to keep working on building an economy that we can be proud of for our kids and grandkids.”

In Ridgway, Michael met supporters in the town park to provide updates about his campaign and his thoughts on the upcoming election.

At the event, supporters hung up their homemade signs to show support for Michael’s CORE Act, which would protect 400,000 acres of public land in Colorado.

Michael hit the road again and traveled to Steamboat Springs where around 100 Coloradans showed up in support of his campaign.

Michael discussed some of his many recent accomplishments for Colorado during the event, including the historic Inflation Reduction Act that was just signed into law.

At the event in Steamboat, Morgan Carroll, chair of the Colorado Democratic Party, and Dave Young, Colorado’s State Treasurer, made remarks and touted their own support of Michael’s reelection campaign.

Michael then traveled to Eagle for a grassroots campaign event.

Despite the hot sun, Eagle County Democrats were eager to come out in support of Michael’s reelection campaign.

From Eagle, Michael traveled to Glenwood Springs, where he met members of the Voces Unidas Action Fund.

Voces Unidas Action Fund members showed up to hear Michael’s remarks and show their support for his reelection.

Michael then went on to join Coloradans at a coffee shop in downtown Glenwood Springs.

People of all ages came out to the grassroots event in Glenwood Springs to hear Michael’s perspectives on the upcoming election.

Successful events all over Colorado in August have proven the strength and momentum behind Michael’s campaign. No matter the time of day or location, Coloradans showed up to demonstrate their support and hear from Michael.
