Michael’s fifth TV ad touts his work to hold big oil companies accountable for record prices and profits, create good-paying manufacturing jobs, and strengthen American supply chains
DENVER – Today, Michael Bennet’s campaign released its fifth TV ad ahead of the general election titled, “Listening.” The ad touches on stories Michael has heard consistently while traveling around the state: Coloradans are working harder than ever, sometimes splitting time between two or three jobs, but they still can’t afford some combination of health care, housing, child care, and basic necessities. Hard-working families are struggling with the rising prices of everyday goods and in Washington, Michael is fighting to ease financial stress.
This newest ad speaks to one of the reasons Michael is seeking reelection this year, to continue his work on building an economy that grows for every Coloradan, not just those at the top.
“Michael has heard from voters across the state who are struggling to make ends meet, and he is fighting to help hard-working Coloradans deal with rising costs,” explains Bennet for Colorado spokesperson, Georgina Beven. “Whether fighting to hold big oil companies accountable, cutting regulations to improve our supply chains, or investing in U.S. manufacturing, Michael is working to ensure America’s economy grows for everyone, not just the wealthiest few.”
